Integrations
Quack lives inside the tools your team already uses
No new interface for your agents to learn. Quack connects to your helpdesk and doc sources, handles tickets from inside your existing workflow, and escalates into your normal queue.
Helpdesk integrations
Quack operates as a native actor in your helpdesk: it reads incoming tickets, posts replies, sets tags, and triggers escalation routing, all from inside your existing tool.

Connect Quack to your stack in four steps
Most teams are live within 48 hours. The integration uses your helpdesk's native API, so nothing changes in your agents' daily workflow.
Connect your helpdesk
Authorize Quack via OAuth in your Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Salesforce settings. Takes about two minutes.
Point to your docs
Give Quack a URL, upload PDFs, or connect a GitHub repo. Quack ingests and indexes your documentation in under an hour.
Export closed tickets
We provide a one-click export for Zendesk and Intercom, or a CSV template for other platforms. Quack uses these to calibrate its initial responses.
Set your confidence threshold
Choose the confidence level above which Quack auto-responds. Start conservative and lower the threshold as accuracy improves. Your agents stay in control.
Your helpdesk is already on the list. Let's get Quack connected.
Early-access teams get personal onboarding. Tell us your stack and we will walk you through the integration in a single call.
